Why Use RubberTop Fleece Premium?
Rubbertop Fleece Premium from SealEco is an elastomeric EPDM membrane for flat roof waterproofing that is reinforced with a fleece backing. The system includes a range of cold-applied adhesives, tapes and accessories, and membranes are available in extra wide panels to simplify and accelerate installation.

Suitable for all Common Commercial Roofing
RubberTop Premium fleece EPDM is suitable for all common commercial roofing constructions, such as concrete, timber and metal. It meets building regulations in resistance to fire, achieves class Broof (T4) and is UKCA marked according to new regulations.
Robust and Durable Enough for Green Roofs

Exceptional Technical Capabilities and Performance
Used in roofing applications for more than 30 years, SealEco’s RubberTop Premium Fleece Backed EPDM roofing system has a proven track record for exceptional performance in a wide range of situations and in varying climates all over the world. It is a stable, flexible membrane with no change in elasticity between -30 and +120°C.
A non-woven, lightweight (160g/m2) polyester fleece is added to the underside of RubberTop EPDM during the production process and before vulcanisation, which provides additional adhesion between the fleece and the membrane. This results in an exceptionally stable and weather-resistant membrane with high aesthetic value and excellent puncture resistance.
RubberTop Premium Fleece Backed EPDM is available in rolls or panels in a range of widths and lengths to suit a wider scope of projects. SealEco uses specialist prefabrication technology under factory conditions to ensure the highest quality and integrity of the membrane when manufacturing wider panels.
