PermaRoof UK Commercial were enlisted to support Philip Jones Builders Limited with improving the roofing on 23 retirement homes at William Ainge Court in Welshpool.

The roofing on the flats required modernisation after almost half a century of weathering since they were built in 1976. The project aim was to provide a long term solution to effectively future proof the properties.

PermaRoof Commercial came on board in October 2021 to offer expert advice, technical support and high quality products to suit the needs of the project. We recommended the installation of a sloped roof with RubberGard EPDM waterproofing to improve the overall quality and eliminate historic issues with ponding.
