PermaRoof Commercial worked with Modern Roofs to help complete the renovation of the historic Clifford Tower in York earlier this year. The prestigious 300m2 project needed a long-term, highly reliable waterproofing solution and the RubberGard EPDM system was selected and approved by English Heritage.

Modern Roofs brought in PermaRoof Commercial to support this part of the renovation. This was to ensure the highest quality of materials and to smooth any potential challenges in terms of global materials shortages.
